Category 6 UTP patch cables are manufactured using 24 AWG, stranded copper conductors with HD Polyethylene insulation, and a Flame-Retardant Polyvinyl Chloride jacket. These cables utilize a twisted pair configuration, where two primaries are twisted together with varying lays to reduce crossalk, and four pairs are then twisted together to form the core.

AWC offers Category 3 high speed Data/Voice cable assemblies compliant with UL Subpart 444. These cables are available in both PVC and Plenum design and lengths range from 5 feet to 200 feet. Additionally, custom lengths and configurations are available upon request. Preconnectorized telephone assemblies utilize 50 position miniature connectors with metal strain relief clamps to securely hold cable. Cords are individually polybagged and marked to eliminate packaging and handling concerns.
